- Only standard catalog items are eligible for return. Custom-cut, engraved, or personalized gemstones are non-returnable unless defective or damaged in transit.

- Items on clearance or promotional sale.
- Custom orders or bulk orders.
- Damaged items due to customer mishandling.
Return Process
- Initiate Request: Contact us at support@kansaigems.in or WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Approval & Instructions: Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions.
- Shipping Back: Customers are required to ship the item(s) back to our return address using a trusted courier. You may opt for pickup service if available in your location.
- Quality Check & Refund: Once we receive the returned product, it will undergo a quality check. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
Refund Options
- Refund will be processed to the original mode of payment.
- You may also opt for store credit for future purchases.
Replacement Policy
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will replace it at no additional cost.- Such issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.
