Eligibility for Return

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with tags and certificates (if any) intact.
  • Only standard catalog items are eligible for return. Custom-cut, engraved, or personalized gemstones are non-returnable unless defective or damaged in transit.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items on clearance or promotional sale.
  • Custom orders or bulk orders.
  • Damaged items due to customer mishandling.

Return Process

  1. Initiate Request: Contact us at support@kansaigems.in or WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving the product.
  2. Approval & Instructions: Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions.
  3. Shipping Back: Customers are required to ship the item(s) back to our return address using a trusted courier. You may opt for pickup service if available in your location.
  4. Quality Check & Refund: Once we receive the returned product, it will undergo a quality check. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.

Refund Options

  • Refund will be processed to the original mode of payment.
  • You may also opt for store credit for future purchases.

Replacement Policy

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will replace it at no additional cost.
  • Such issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.
  • Replacement will be initiated post verification.
